Meet Michelle Scrimgeour-Brown
Reverend of Hummingbird Assembly
Michelle has always had a very rich Spiritual life, but felt in her late teen years that the Spirituality offered in her community was limited, and that there was more to having a profound relationship with the Divine. And so began a period of soul searching…
She was called to Spiritual healing after a visit to Lilydale, New York in August of 1998 and has never looked back. There is an amazing community of Spiritualists in Lilydale (for more information see http://www.lilydaleassembly.com/), and there her connection to the Divine, herself, and her very own Spirited Gifts bloomed. Michelle has discovered much about herself over various trips to Lilydale, and was most affected by a weekend retreat with Dr. Doreen Virtue. It was at this time in 2002 that Michelle really began to work with her clairvoyant abilities.
Since then she has discover the benefits of meditation, has learned other healing techniques and received various attunements to further her healing capacity. Her work has brought peace and hope to hundreds of people, and she has never felt more fulfilled than she does when acting in service to humanity. She is the founder of Spirited Healing and it is there that she practices her craft.
In 2014 Michelle was ordained as a non-denominational Reverend by The Bancroft Centre for Awakening Spiritual growth, a community of people that study the philosophy of metaphysics. She became licensed by the Province of Ontario to conduct weddings, baptisms and funerals and does so under her Transcendent Ceremonies business. In the summer of 2015 she took her spirituality to the next level and began The Hummingbird Assembly, a metaphysical congregation right here in Durham Region.
Michelle is happily married to the man of her dreams since 2000, and is the mother of 3 beautiful children. She shares her home with pet 2 fishes, a snake and the family dog, Booster.
Michelle is humbled to serve Spirit through you, and looks forward to meeting you.
May you be blessed,
m
